This WhisperCut Pre-Mill cutter is 80x30xH49+2KN Z3+3 with replacement PCD insert for Biesse Akron, Jade, Polymac, Roxyl, Stream edgebending machine. It is a direct replacement for Wirutex S13165 and BIESSE CSEN350085 PCD pre-mill cutter.

The replaceable diamond cutters which can be interchanged and re-sharpened several times. Your can order replacement diamond inserts as spare parts in case use.

This diamond premill cutter heads are suitable for working on chipboard panel, coated, laminated, veneered, M.D.F., pre-milling in preparation for edgebanding. Excellent finishing, low noisiness.

80x30xH49 Z3+3 WhisperCut premill Cutter Specification:

The blade is made of fine-grained PCD polycrystalline diamond, high hardness, wear-resistance, and long service life. The blade and the cutter body adopt the automatic high-frequency welding process, the welding effect is good, the surface is smooth.

The difference between Jointing PCD pre-mill cutter and WhisperCut PCD pre-mill cutter:
Their manufacturing technique are difference. The WhisperCut cutter is more complex and difficult to make than Jointing type.
The WhisperCut cutter DP tip welded to the solid carbide grain, then open the fixture position on the Aluminum alloy body, then install and sharpen the blades.
The solid carbide grain material cost is higher that the jointing type cutter body.

WhisperCut cutter advantage is its light weight, minimum harm to the spindle motor, prolong the life of the motor. Also if one tooth damaged during the production, you can change a new blade for urgent use.
